Hill Communications provides networking, connectivity, Wi-Fi, Starlink, CCTV and related installation and support services for residential and small business customers.
Quotations
All quotations are provided based on the information available at the time and may be subject to revision following site surveys or changes in project scope.
Deposits & Payments
Hardware and equipment costs may require payment in advance before ordering or installation.
Final invoices are payable within the agreed payment period stated on the invoice.
Late payments may result in delays to services or additional charges.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing access to the property as required
- Ensuring suitable power and internet services are available where applicable
- Informing Hill Communications of any known building restrictions or listed property considerations
Limitations
While every effort is made to provide reliable installations and support, Hill Communications cannot guarantee:
- Internet service provider performance
- Third-party outages
- Wireless performance affected by building materials or environmental factors
Liability
Hill Communications will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of services or equipment.
